TMF Boot Camp Fitness

Join me for an intense and challenging workout designed to help you meet and even exceed your fitness goals.  Using High Intensity Interval Training, these workouts promise to deliver.  Additionally, the group workouts are a lot of fun and help to keep you accountable to your program.  Get ready to have a great time and take back your life!   New boot camp locations in the Atlanta area being considered are Inman Park, Flat Shoals Park, Chapel Hill Park and Grant Park.  Any feed back you have regarding times and locations would be very helpful.

Community Boot Camps

East Lake Park Class Schedule: 

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:45am - 6:30am
  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 9:15am
  • Classes are scheduled in 4-week sessions
